The agreement between you and MigraSens Health. Short version: we give you a diary and information, we do not give you medical advice, and your data stays yours.

Who may use MigraSens
MigraSens Health is operated by Prospect Digital LLC, registered in Wyoming; “we” and “us” below mean that company. You must be 18 or older and in the United States to create an account. MigraSens is a self-tracking and information service for personal use. Do not use it on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, and do not use it to provide clinical care to another person.
Not medical advice
MigraSens does not practise medicine. Nothing on this site or in the product is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. No screening, summary, trend or alert produced by MigraSens can establish or exclude any condition, including migraine.
Never delay seeking care, and never start, stop or change a medication, because of something MigraSens showed you. In an emergency call 911.
Your account
Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people.
Your entries
Your diary entries are yours. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service for you — to store, process and display your entries back to you, and to generate the summaries you ask for. If you opt into research matching, that licence extends to comparing your pattern against study criteria, and nothing further.
We do not claim ownership of your entries and we do not sell them.
Research matching
Research matching is optional, off by default, and reversible. Matching tells you that a study exists; it is not an offer, an invitation from the sponsor, or any indication that you are eligible. Only the study can determine eligibility, and only the study can enrol you, after its own informed-consent process.
MigraSens receives a referral fee from sponsors or research sites when a referral reaches their screening stage. That fee is never contingent on you enrolling, remaining enrolled, or on any study outcome, and you are never charged.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and as-available. It is pre-launch software: features will change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of it. We will give reasonable notice of a material change where we can, and we will always let you export your data first.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigraSens Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a decision you made about your health in reliance on the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
