What you are agreeing to when you tick the SMS box: what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to stop.

Programme description
MigraSens Health operates two text message programmes: account and tracking messages (reminders and diary notifications you have asked for) and research alerts (notice that a study is recruiting people whose pattern resembles yours). You choose these separately and can stop either at any time.

How you consent
You consent by ticking the SMS box on a sign-up form on this site and submitting your own mobile number. That box is never pre-ticked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using MigraSens, of any purchase, or of taking part in any research study. You may use the tracker without ever giving us a number.
Messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages at the number you gave us, and you confirm the number is yours.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with your own activity and with what is recruiting. You should expect no more than 4 messages per month across both programmes.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. MigraSens does not charge you for messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages. You can also turn messages off in your account or email us. To restart, reply START or opt in again on the site.

Carriers and delivery
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and text messages are not a way to reach us urgently.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy.
Not for emergencies
Text messages are not monitored and are not a route to clinical help. In an emergency call 911 or go to an emergency department.
